The Raindrop Foundation is a non-governmental charity foundation which is party-politically and religiously neutral. Our values are built upon the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the UN Declaration on Human Rights.

The board is the highest authority and meet 6 times a year. The main task of the executive board is to ensure strategic development, reasonable administration and organization of its work.

The Raindrop Foundation has it`s headquarter in Bergen, Norway. The Raindrop Foundation has a relatively small administration team, a secretary and a CEO. Together they cover all regions the foundation is working in together with the partner NGO’s around the world and the contracted field workers.
